This workshop is for caregivers with children & youth ages 8-18 residing in The Region on Peel only.

Thursday, July 4th and July 11th
9:30-4pm (two full days)

This workshop understands the important role caregivers play in their youth’s life and teaches Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to give effective strategies that caregivers can use to support their youth manage strong emotions. The EFFT Caregiver Workshop gives parents/caregivers the chance to learn and practice new caregiving skills. These workshops are led by highly skilled clinicians and gives caregivers the opportunity to ask questions and get support working through particular challenges they may be experiencing at home.
