EveryMind is offering several online groups for children and youth this season:
Go Girls
This group will prepare 11-13 year old girls for the transition to adulthood by addressing critical tasks for their healthy development.
Girls’ Circle
This group will help 14-17 year old girls learn self-acceptance and how to express themselves, build healthy relationships and handle conflict.
First Contact
This group will help youth ages 14-17 increase their awareness of substance use and its impacts, and how to replace it with healthier options.
Mother Daughter Circle
This group for 11-13 year old girls and their mothers aims to promote a healthy relationship during the transition years between girlhood and young womanhood.
FRIENDS for Life (Amis pour la vie)
This group for 8-11 year old children helps participants develop their social and emotional skills, confidence, and capacity to relax and regulate emotions. This group is offered in French.
Camp Cope-a-Lot
This 12-module online program supports children with anxiety. EveryMind is offering two cohorts – one for 7-10 year olds and one for 11-13 year olds.
Due to COVID-19, all groups will be offered online. Programs will be facilitated by EveryMind staff.
