6-week group for grandparents who are parenting/caregiving a second time, raising their grandchildren ages 0-17 living in Peel Region.

Tuesdays
September 29, 2026 – November 3, 2026, 1:00pm-2:30pm

Meeting with other grandparents, they will have the opportunity to share their experiences and concerns about caregiving in today’s society, understanding and supporting their grandchildren and their unique needs.  They will also explore their stressors and learn self-care and stress management strategies to help them cope with the many demands in their lives.
