EveryMind is offering in-person and virtual groups on a wide-variety of topics for children and youth throughout the year.

2025-26 Groups

Girls’ Circle

This group is for female identifying youth who want to feel more confident in who they are, speak up for themselves, and build strong, healthy relationships. It’s a space to talk openly, make real connections, and learn how to deal with conflict in a way that works. Come as you are – we’re all about supporting each other and growing together.

For ages 14-17. Each cycle of the group has 8 sessions.

Go Girls

This group is all about helping female identifying youth feel confident and ready as they grow up. You’ll learn about your changing body, your feelings, friendships, and how to take care of yourself – all in a fun, safe space with other girls your age. It’s a great way to get ready for the next chapter of growing up!

For ages 11-13. Each cycle of the group has 8 sessions.

Boys Council 

This group provides a place where boys can discuss things specific to growing up and being a male in society, while also gaining skills and knowledge to assist them in dealing with issues such as relationships, conflict, education, diversity and future planning. For ages 14-16. Each cycle of the group has 8 sessions.

Sibshops 

This is a fun event just for brothers and sisters of children with developmental, health or mental health concerns. They will meet other siblings of children with support needs; have fun; talk to others who “get it”; support each other and have their time to shine! For ages 9-12.

Mother/Daughter Circle

This group is for moms and daughters aged 11-14 years to spend time together, talk, and have fun while learning about the changes that come with growing up. It’s all about building a strong, healthy relationship as girls journey from being kids to becoming teens. Through fun activities and open conversations, you’ll learn how to support each other, feel confident, and grow even closer.

Each cycle of this group has 8 sessions.

Camp Cope-a-lot

This is a fun, computer-based group made just for kids aged 9 to 11 who feel worried or stressed. Through a virtual camp, campers will participate in a talent show, visit an amusement park, and speak in public, all from the comfort of home while learning skills for life! It helps you learn how to face your fears, feel more calm, and handle tough situations in a healthy way. You’ll get to try activities like deep breathing, acting out different situations, and practicing new skills—with rewards to keep it fun! The program also helps you understand how your thoughts can affect your feelings, so you can start thinking in more helpful ways.

This group has 13 sessions.
