Workshops for Children and Youth

Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in conflict? Ready to feel more in control, less stressed, and better connected? EveryMind is offering a 5-part virtual workshop series for youth ages 17–24, who want real-life skills to boost their mental health. Across five sessions, you’ll learn how to:

  • Be more present and mindful instead of running on autopilot
  • Calm intense emotions and manage stress
  • Handle tough conversations and navigate conflict.
  • Learn to sit with and cope with difficult emotion
  • Learn how to ask for what you want and say no

Each session is interactive and packed with real-life strategies you can use right away. Sign up once and join us for all 5 sessions—because these skills work best together, and you can make some new friends along the way! Plus, you’ll get a self-care care package to help you practice what you learn.
